Hi,

I tried to create a Ticket via TicketCreate.
The response should be an Object of TicketIDAndNumber. But the response 
is null.

I cannot find any log messages, why the Ticket is not created.

We use OTRS:  Version 2.3.4 with OpenNMS-1.0.0.opm installed.
