Well, I meant historical data collected through normal SNMP data
collection, not from traps, so nothing extra implementing trap
collection. Just casting strings from data collection to numerical
values.

Interesting. I don't think there is a collector for traps, though this
would be a good use-case.  I'm not sure if there is development on
one.

I think Alarms is the closest, if you turn off auto-clear, though it
won't give you exactly what you want.
