So I've finished the work on transitioning to liquibase for revisions to the database.
I believe I've found all of the bugs (both on upgrading, and fresh install) but it's a rather large change to the way we create our database schema. Be forewarned, if you're playing with OpenNMS 1.7.x snapshots, be prepared to back up your database first before upgrading to a snapshot of revision 13498 or higher.
