As Steve replied earlier, I think you have the mailing list contexts confused. You are asking operational questions in the developers forum and development related questions in the general discussion forum. You also appear to be asking a lot of questions without attempting to do any research on your own. I would start with asking 1 or possibly 2 questions at a time rather than flooding the channels with questions giving the appearance that you're not trying to work any of this out yourself. I think you will find the community quite helpful if you are in the right context when asking properly thought out questions.
