I forgot to say thanks for that.
In the end, I followed your example and added an insertData property
to the populatedTemporaryDatabaseTestCase bean that is false by
default. If you set it to true then the bean will populate the
database with the inserts from create.sql.
I guess I'd better think about getting feature-report-api into 1.7
now ;-)
