Hi,

Something seems to have changed in the external dependencies for
OpenNMS. When I re-based my tree to the current 1.6 release I was
unable to build. Going back to a known working build I still have the
same problem:

Any ideas what going on? I've tried removing my ~/.m2 as well as using
http://www.opennms.org/~ranger/maven-proxy-settings.xml for
~/.m2/settings.xml.

I could have conceivably dropped a build dependency on my machine
thanks to some repository woes but dpkg-buildpackage seems to think I
have everything I need installed.

Any ideas?
