Sorry if we've been a little slow to respond, generally I try to give
bugs with patches priority since they only require code review instead
of writing new code, but we've been prepping for 1.8 frantically.  :)

I'm not very familiar with linkd, but perhaps Antonio can give the patch
in bug 3373 a once-over...

Other than that, at first glance the patches look great to me!
