I would like to ask your advice about JICMP ping time resolution on Windows.
It seems that gettimeofday() function has insufficient resolution on Windows.
In fact I got ping as 0 microseconds for intranet hosts.
I have made an investigation and change the CURRENTTIMEMILLIS macros in
IcmpSocket.h with QueryPerformanceFrequency/QueryPerformanceCounter for
windows. The OS supports it from Win 2000
What is the best way to contribute this changes back to JICMP project?
