We should put a login() method on the API (Tl1Client.java) and add that call in
the Tl1d.java initializeTl1Connections() method. We already have configuration
for userid and password strings but we probably need additional configuration
for prompts. I can put in defaults for these and check it to 1.10 if you want
to test.
