Dear all,

in 1.8 I've added (well not commetted) a simple feature that enable user to add
to the scheduled outage a node/ipaddress with all the
path outage dependency nodes/ip addresses.

This is very useful when you have for example wave bridge networks in which
you can have a very long path dependency and
you need to make some works on a root wave bridge.

If you do not have this feature you should add any dependency by hand one for
one.

So if you agree I'd like to add the same feature (That I have tested a lot on
a customer site) on 1.10 and master branch.

At the end the solution is very easy, just add a radio button that you can
check that says "add with path dependency".
When this is checked the only thing to do is search in pathoutages for that
node/ipaddress and return the resulting object to be added.
