I've been playing around with a local copy of this branch, and am able to view
graphs etc. with the backend data stored inside Cassandra.
There were a couple of issues, that I've hacked in a work around to get it
working.
1. When creating a definition, create an empty file so ResourceTypeUtils
& ResponseTimeResourceType can list the available resources.
2. When creating a graph, pass a Set object so we get a list of temporary
files created to build the graph.
I've also added storing definition metadata into Cassandra, so that any
temporary rrd created for graphs uses the datasource/archive definitions as
defined inside the datacollection configs.
Other issues the branch needs work on:
1. Does not work with storeByGroup=true
2. Handle data aggregation/rollup for the RRA periods.
