Two patches have been attached to the issue. The first changes the UI to show
the regex on the notifications page. The second adds the ability when
creating/editing a notification to choose and edit the regular expression to
use.
The second patch requires that the version of jquery included with OpenNMS be
updated from 1.4.2 to a later version. (jquery update issue:
