The hard part would be reimplementing the Pl/PgSQL stored procedures we require, as well as fixing any postgresql-specific dialect problems. Plus a few places (in the installer and such) that we check for PostgreSQL-specific things. My guess would be it's still another 4 or 5 man-months to make it all work properly (which is why we haven't gotten there yet... Especially since there isn't a strong need to move off PostgreSQL, it's a great and powerful OZ^H^Hdatabase.) - -- Benjamin Reed The OpenNMS Group http://www.opennms.org/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.17 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://www.enigmail.net/ iD8DBQFQfVBDUu+jZtP2Zf4RAgaYAJ4+Rd9lgrA9NBMCV3mIEThL+7Hy1QCdEupC ywvlciwAgMkeKkcZcLBueh0= =wVCd -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't let slow site performance ruin your business.
