Regarding your question, OpenNMS already has support for traps and metrics defined on HOST-RESOURCES-MIB. Why are you trying to compile this MIB ? The logs are saying that there are lots of dependencies that you should manually download and compile, and those dependencies may also have other dependencies that must be manually downloaded and imported into OpenNMS.
