Hi All,

I have an issue with OpenNMS where all events are listed in UTC rather than
local time and when a an outage occurs it get listed as 20hrs ago.

System is Centos 6 but i have also seen on 5
OpenNMS 1.12.6 but seen in earlier versions
java version "1.7.0_25"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_25-b15)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.25-b01, mixed mode)

I've seen a lot of people post about this issue and also noticed some bug
listed back in 1.10

I have checked /etc/localtime, /etc/sysconfig/clock and locale and all seem
correct

The OpenNMS UI reports the correct time it just events and outages

Is this a bug or is it something that can be overridden

Any help very much appreciated

Thanks in advance
Olaf
