This worked for me under OS X:

./clean.pl 
./compile.pl
./assemble.pl -Dopennms.home=/opt/opennms

I had an issue with opennms-webapp failing to build, with a weird class error 
running the jetty-jspc plugin, but that was fixed by running a clean before the 
compile.
