Hey, it was an issue on our side. When we release 19.0.1 it worked, but after a while it broke. The issue is, that some (angular) dependencies for opennms-webapp were not pinned and as soon as a new version was released the tests fetched the new angular dependency version breaking the build. We addressed and fixed the issue with commit https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/commit/4628fdfb0fcb69c27661617e49ad1ff586753b7d <https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/commit/4628fdfb0fcb69c27661617e49ad1ff586753b7d>
