It's always better to unistall previous version. I hadn't got the time to write a little how to for windows, so : First, you need to paired your device with the MS bt stack (blutooth icon near the windows click). Start cs-obexftp and go in option tab, select BT, then click refresh, if evry thing is ok, it should find your phone. Then click on get service, if you are luky your phone feedback with the list of this service, find the file transfer and keep the channel number of it. Got in the misc tab and then in the force ftp channel put the one you are find, because at this time the win32 version of openobex doesn't provide discovery function.
