I just finish to uptade Mono/mcs by svn and unset DISPLAY &&
./configure --prefix=/usr && make is okay for me with
http://cs-obexftp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/cs-obexftp/trunk/Cs-ObexFtp.tar.gz
