Yes, that is supported. You may need to use a special UUID (-U  
switch). Browsing is very limited, but the filenames are well known  
anyway. (My old Siemens phone supports browsing and worked pretty well  
with that scheme)

I don't know of any standard but if your phone supports this ObexFTP  
can get/put it.
