All my XP machines are IPv4 only - there simply was no need for IPv6 yet.
I'm not using OpenOCD on XP, just talking about usage scenarios.

But it will not be accessible on a IPv4 LAN. OK, installing IPv6 support 
on XP would solve that - maybe this is the way to go if it saves us 
maintenance and code duplication.
