There's also another problem - for some (really long) time it was possible to have scripts (configs etc.) in the path "../scripts" or just ".." (relative to the binary), but now both these methods don't work... I recall seeing a patch that changed this behavior and if possible I'd really like to have that reverted/improved, as now I have to package OpenOCD differently (all scripts in the main folder of the package) and run the executable from the "main" folder of the package (above "bin).
This worked in my last compilation, which was done at the very end of 2013, so this is a new change.
