The following files don't have an svn:eol-style set and should IMO be
set to native:

PATCHES
src/jtag/dummy.c
src/target/target/mega128.cfg
src/target/target/at91sam9260_ext_RAM_ext_flash.cfg
src/target/arm_adi_v5.c
src/target/arm_adi_v5.h

In addition there are these files that have no eol-style property and
are probably best marked as native as well:

src/server/httpd/Stylizer.java
contrib/openocd.udev
testing/examples/STM32-103/readme.txt
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/sam7x256_reset.script
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/sam7x256_rom.ld
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/sam7x256_jtagkey.cfg
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/sam7x256_ram.ld
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/eclipse_rom.gdb
testing/examples/SAM7X256Test/prj/eclipse_ram.gdb

A range of files is marked as eol-style LF for reasons that are not
obvious (to me):

src/jtag/rlink/init.m4
src/jtag/rlink/call.m4
src/server/httpd/html2tcl.sh
src/server/httpd/build.sh
guess-rev.sh
tools/rlink_make_speed_table/rlink_make_speed_table
tools/rlink_make_speed_table/rlink_make_speed_table.pl
tools/st7_dtc_as/st7_dtc_as.pl
tools/st7_dtc_as/st7_dtc_as
bootstrap
