Hmm, I'm not a license-expert but I did a quick search
before writing the above and found this:

Anyway I has just been a suggestion since I have used
minIni a few times without problems. Samba also uses the
ini-file format for it's smb.conf. IRC there is also code
for this on codeproject.com
