For the "j2se" package we should upgrade the
FreeBSD native part to the new "Diablo" JDK from
http://www.freebsdfoundation.org/press/20030825-java131.shtml
Additionally, the "j2se14" package should be upgraded
to the new J2SE v1.4.2_01 from Sun.
