The openpkg package description receives an href to the nail package, which is
obviously wrong. This causes such problems as fooling the openpkg-tool to install the
nail package when an adminisistrator commands to upgrade openpkg itself.
$ openpkg build -U openpkg
[...]
rpm --rebuild nail [...]
Because there is nothing either in the openpkg or nail packages or their spec files to
cause this confusion, it is likely an error in the periodic crontab logic or
openpkg-tool itself.
