older releases. Options are replacing reload with restart in postfix'
epilog or introduce fsl v1.3 as an update to OpenPKG v1.3.

My suggestion:
For OpenPKG v1.3 i vote to MFC the postfix changes from
http://cvs.openpkg.org/chngview?cn=12849 into a UPD package. The fsl
v1.3 was written to be compatible to fsl v1.2 to allow exactly this.
For OpenPKG v1.2 i vote replacing epilog reload with restart and provide
a UPD package.
For OpenPKG v1.1 and older we should ignore the problem.
