+ This is a small X11 tool for making TCP plots as described in the
+ thesis MIT-LCS-TR-494 "TCP Packet Trace Analysis". The program
+ allows one to zoom into those plots, too. Also included in this
+ package are companion tools tcpdump2xplot(1) for converting
+ tcpdump(1) format files to xplot(1) inputs and xpl2gpl(1) for
+ converting inputs from xplot(1) to gnuplot(1) format.
