I've patched aux.usrgrp.sh to query the authentication database using the
``id'' command prior to trying grep on /etc/passwd and ypcat output.  This
should return the appropriate user ID and group information on a Linux system
running nss_ldap whether it's in the local files or on an openldap server.

I'm in the process of testing the attached patch here, but wanted to post
it here for evaluation since it's getting close to the next release
(hopefully I got all the [s,m,r,n] prefixes right :-).

There is a problem with this boot build in that the first shell script in
the boot process says the --{s,m,r,n}{uid,gid} options are available, but
these aren't implemented in the openpkg.boot script causing it to error out
if they're used.  I started working on implementing these, but didn't have
time to deal with these today.
