fsl ends up in the binaries

/cw/bin/krcp
/cw/bin/krlogin
/cw/bin/krsh
/cw/bin/ktelnet
and no other binaries use syslog(3) according to objdump(1), however run-time test
failed because not a single executable could be tweaked to log anything. This is
especially annoying because the fsl regex in ident is rather complex but i'm only
