Currently (as of OpenPKG v1.2 just before v1.3) when a package is erased from an
OpenPKG instance files created by the application, usually under
%{l_prefix}/var/%{name}, remain on the system. This includes databases, spool areas
and log files. The user should be able to specify if those files remain or should be
pruned.
