We wanted to create a macro to ease substitution of @l_[smrn]usr@ with %{l_[smrn]usr}
when using "shtool subst ...". Currently, every user must be substituted seperately
which is error prone when an existing (i.e. rc.* or fsl.*) file is edited to use a
previously unused user but the substitution in the spec file is not updated.
