For those who are curious: this "Provides:" is technically totally
unnecessary because every CURRENT bootstrap has a version number of
YYYYMMDD which is clearly beyond 1.3.1. It is nevertheless useful for
two purposes. First it makes sure that a equal comparison would work -
which is not used in OpenPKG today. More important, as CURRENT is the
basis for any RELEASE, the next released bootstrap will have something
like "Provides: openpkg = 20034567-20034567" in it which will enable the
use of CURRENT packages together with such a prepared RELEASE bootstrap
without using --nodeps.
