Under /openpkg/RPM/TMP/apache-1.3.29/ is the unpacked source, right ?
When you unpack an archive as root, the (numerical) ids from the archive
are taken. And Mike works as root most of the time, as far as i can see.

Also, because he works as root there should be no permission problems -
as long as there is no NFS involved. I would still like to see a complete
build log. Not that i have any clue :)

I tried with a fresh install and had no problems - but this surely
surprises noone.
