Comitted to CVS for OpenPKG-CURRENT and also MFC'ed to OpenPKG-2.0-SOLID
branch.

The pgperl stuff I've now fixed differently, because with the newer
perl-openpkg the build and install steps can be separated so the removal
of $RPM_BUILD_ROOT can be done always (again).
