Nice, well done! Just a minor feature request, would it be possible
to convert the hints ('[1]', '[2]', ...) into hyperlinks pointing to
the info below the table, or even better, display the corresponding
information as tooltip (some CSS or HTML <abbr>-tag might to the job).
