There is a compatibility issue with the Berkeley database routines in the python-2.4-2.3.0.src.rpm package. The build fails on an undefined DB_LSTAT_ERR in the db.h file. It appears that the same problem exists in the CURRENT version of python as well.
It appears that hacking the db.h file where the enum declares this so that it is the same as the older version would at least get things to compile. I'm not sure what other gotchas this might hide though. Bill -- INTERNET: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bill Campbell; Celestial Software LLC UUCP: camco!bill PO Box 820; 6641 E.
