I finally got through the registration process so we can update our mirrors using rsync. It turns out that I hadn't logged into the registry site after completing the third step URL from the e-mail notification, and that the Release 2.3 version of rsync didn't handle multiple ``@'' characters in the URL.
The first thing I noticed when I started a manual run to update the mirrors is that it downloaded four revisions of apache-1.3.33 in the UPD directory, and it's getting multiple versions of mysql as I type this.
