The documentation of cyrus imapd that comes within the source tarball appears to not be within the package.
/kolab/bin/openpkg rpm -qp imapd-2.2.12-2.5.0.ix86-debian3.1-openpkg.rpm -ld

Also it seems that the manpages are not marked as documentation,
they are in the package of course, but the "doc" subdirectory is missing.
Bugs or done on purpose?
