X11.spec Changes for RHEL4-AMD64

In order to properly build some of the graphics libraries (including 
x2vnc) I needed to add the following to the x11.spec file:

/usr/[xX]/lib64 \
/usr/[xX]11*/lib64 \
/lib64 \
/usr/lib64 \
These need to be added BEFORE the 32-bit versions.
