Hmmm... this sounds strange. As in OpenPKG the file list of a package
is automatically generated, it should never happen that a file is left
over. The only situation where this can happen is when one upgrades a
package with the same version+release but different content in-place
(which happens during package development only AFAIK). So, I'm rather
puzzled why this particular file is kept for you. I've tried it locally
and the file was removed (or replaced) just fine for me on upgrades.
Sorry, I've no clue what caused this problem for you.
