That's correct. Because of too less demand and interest from the
community we currently provide OpenPKG CURRENT only -- which is shipped
as a plain source distribution only. We currently do not provide any
binary distributions at all.

This is usually no drawback as all major Unix platform vendors provide
the necessary tools for bootstrapping and OpenPKG is a source-focused
software distribution anyway. Just use OpenPKG CURRENT and bootstrap
your OpenPKG instances with it from scratch.
