It hangs here forever, creating no errors or logs. Normally I install
over a NFS mount but this one's hanging locally. This system has ran

I'm tracking the processes that are being called during the
installation. Any idea about this one???

This system has NEVER run NIS/NIS+. It's behind a firewall and has
all-local users/groups.
I removed the NIS/NIS+ filesets and now it works. No clue what just
happened...
