There's two entries for perl-openpkg in the 00INDEX.rdf.bz2 file. One starts on line 11120 and mentions perl-openpkg-5.10.0-20080101. The other starts on line 60339 and refers to perl-openpkg-5.10.0-20080107. The url of the second points to the 00UPLOAD directory, which is inaccessible.
