I have problems with rc "%daily". Sometimes the scripts don't run, sometimes servers terminate properly for logfile rotating, but they do not restart.
Affected are mysql and openldap right now. Mysql does not rotate the logfiles. Openldap sometimes restarts, sometimes not. I use unmodified rc files. Is there a way to debug? Where do I find rc logs?
