I've just upgraded to 1.0.0 and all seems to work fine, and now my server is
OpenSA/1.0.0 Apache/1.3.12 (Win32) mod_perl/1.23 mod_ssl/2.6.4
OpenSSL/0.9.5a PHP/4.0.0
I was also bitten by not having apachecore.dll and php4ts.dll not in one's
path. In the end I made my Apache dir in the path, and then moved PHP4's
DLL to that directory and all seems fine. Sadly the installer still sets
PHP to use me@localhost as my email address, despite me entering something
else into the installer.
On a different note, what are people using OpenSA for? How many people use
ASP, PHP and Perl with their set-ups? (would it be worth enabling PHP by
default?)
Also, mod_info (Apache config info) and mod_ntlm (does NT style password
authentication under Apache) are available from
ftp://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/pub/other/
I've not tried them myself, but I'll be giving mod_info a try soon.
