Start Apache w/ SSL support

     To whom it may concern,

I just installed the 'opensa_1.0.0bin_beta.exe' on my system for testing
purposes.

I am running Win98 SE.

Why do I get an error "Cannot load c:/.../apachemodulessl.dll into server".
The file exists in the /modules directory.
Is there any configuration that has to take place first?
