To fix the ApacheModuleSSL.dll problem  (i.e. Starting Apache w/SSL)...
The change in the path=C:\Program Files\opensa\openssl\bin  to
path=C:\Progra~1\opensa\openssl\bin  fixes
this problem with Win98.

The problems exists because Win95/98 have trouble with long path names.
