Yes, RSA's patent has, or is about to, expire, so all is fine. RSA have
public-domained the encryption anyway so they can do nowt about it now.
AFAIK use of OpenSA in the US before then was illegal unless you used the
RSAREF switch to configure and built your own OpenSSL.
