The included ASP module requires Apache to be compiled with the EAPI
extension from mod_ssl. If you used an Apache version without EAPI,
the ASP module won't run.
The problem is, that the ASP mdoule has been dropped by the original
developers, therefor many ASP commands are missing. Bad thing is, that
the include command is one of them ;) I didn't had the time to work on this
yet, but i remember that Oliver wanted to do some research on this.
Oliver? If i remember it correct, you wanted to check the ASP module
for the include function. Did you had the time to dig into?
